Does anyone ever feel that they are taking steps backwards or just staying in one place? I have been feeling depressed for almost 6 months now which is way too long. I don't know if I can take anymore of this. I have done so much I don't know what else to do, I've tried antidepressants, excercise, talking to friends, talking to a psychologist, talking to family, getting out of the house, keeping busy, and I still haven't stepped out of this black hole. Its like I'm walking in quicksand and going no where. What else can I do?
