i dont understand it. but my shoulder is killing me tonight. i think maybe it has something to do with the things they did with my neck. but i cant even move my shoulder now without wanting to cry out in pain. i cant move it. i am going to call the nhs phone for notice i dont know what i have done to it. but its killing me and i am on taking so many pills. and strong pain killers. they dont even touch the pain. so i am going to call the nhs help line and speak to the nurses on there. i cant do anyting to make it feel better. and getting wworse if anyting. its agony for me. i have tried a hot compress on it, and a cold one on it too. but neither of them help. i will let you know i get on. my hubbys on nights so i cant pull him away to take me there. i will have to get a tcxi. i thought what pt did for me yesterday wouldwork but they dont.so i will have to et some advice. i cant not sleep all night long. wish me luck.
