I get so afraid of being alone at times. I dont feel content withen myself to be able to sit and watch tv or even read a book, so I pace until some gets home. What can I do? Please any suggestions?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

2. Or volenteering your help to a cause that interests you.
3. Take some night clases.
4. A gym
5. A bowling league
6. Or other club.
7. A part-time job doing something you enjoy.
I try to force myself out of the house to see my mum and the other times I like to chat online and come to DS to know I am not alone.
