Can anybody recommend any books or reference guides on how to fake being normal/socialising etc? And to stress, at this point in time I would prefer a book that teaches me how to fake these things. My emotions don't work too well so actually doing it has proved very difficult, hence why faking is my preferred route at this option. Comments telling me I shouldn't be learning to fake it won't be appreciated lol.
I have recently been making lists and checking them off as they are completed. This is some way seems to minimize the amount of things on my plate.....does anyone else do this?
