A few days before Christmas Eve many, many, many years ago Santa was at the North Pole having a VERY bad day.
Mrs. Claus got an iron burn on the seat of his favourite red, velvet Santa suit pants. The elves were tryng to unionize and threatening to strike. Rudolph came down with a head cold and his blinking red nose was on the fritz.
To top it off he had burned his tongue on his hot chocolate, and when he sat in his favourite armchair in front of the fire and put up his feet, his ottoman had been too close and he'd singed his toes.
Muttering and fuming to himself a wee knock came at the door. Heaving himself out of his chair and limping to the door Santa through it open to reveal a tiny, sweet, beautiful little angel standing outside the door holding on to the tip of an evergreen tree.
"Santa," said the angel in her delicate little voice. "What should I do with this tree?"
And that boys and girls is how the angel came to be on top of your Christmas tree.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
