Introverted. It would appear to me that most of us who battle depression are Introverst rather then Extroverts. I"m reading a book called "The Introvert Advantage - How to Thrive in an Extrovert World". Just started it but from what I've read, it's helping me understand how I got to become an Introvert as opposed to an Extrovert.
So which one are you..Introvert or Extrovert?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I think a lot, probably too much and and very incolsed in my own world, however Im also loud and bubbly when with others... so? Im confused?
It's a feckin ride I can tell you!
the only time any extrovert tendencies come out is when i'm with few close friends.
