I'm sorry for sounding so clueless about Daily Strength but I was wondering what things are done here in this forum to help you? Are there counselors or some kind of professional help available to reach out to? I'm a little confused as to how the healing happens. I have been quietly looking over some of the posts and perhaps my expectations were all wrong. I guess I was expecting to receive all kinds of hints and tips and maybe even some psychological analysis or group therapy but I don't see much of that yet. Maybe I just need to sit back and keep watching. I see some of you trying to help others which is great. Some of the other posts confuse me but I'm new here and have a lot to learn I suppose. Thank you for your time.
