Hi guys.
We often talk about bad days (well all the time actually)and know how they feel.
What I wanted to now is how that happens for different people.
Do you wake up and feel shit and the next day you feel better?, or are you fine and go down hill at a certain time of day or on a certain day of the week?, does smething in particular trigger it?, is there a pattern?
Sorry lots of questions.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Not sure there is any though!
Other than that it really varies. I can never predict my mood swings or physical pain
