Funny - as I was writing the title I remembered once posting with a title of how to stay awake during the day. So I find lately I have a tough time sleeping. If I do mamange to fall asleep I wake up a lot. I was also just "talking" to another friend here who has trouble sleeping and I know it's a very common theme. So has anyone found any great solutions? I would prefer something natural rather than medication, but all suggestions are welcome.
