What keeps you going when you get really down, and you feel really empty inside. How do you make it to the next day. Where do you find the light at the end of the tunnel? How do you get to happy???????????????????

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Other days I just want quiet. Some days I talk to a friend, some days I read, I might walk, garden or pray.
I think about my family that loves me, my friends and I look at pictures. I know it sounds crazy but having had a few close members of my family pass on I "talk" to them. In some ways it offers comfort, like they are my gaurdian angel and they are here watching over me.
