What's to stop anyone going to their GP and saying "I have depression. Give me a sick note". The reason I ask is that an ex partner of mine claimed sickness benefit for 2 years claiming she had depression but she laughed about having to put her sad face on every time she had to go to the counciler her GP had sent her to. I know for a fact she was faking it. I've now just read that depression is the most widely treat disease in the UK. I wonder how many of them are genuine.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
