I know I should probably have the answer to this but how do you know when it is time to up your anti-d's? I've been feeling great lately, a lot more upbeat and positive, so I think the Zoloft is definitely the one for me. My Dr. mentioned raising it from 50mg to 100mg, but I'm not sure. How do I know if I need it? I mean, I am still feeling a little bit out of sorts--but not totally. Should I go for it? What have you guys done?

ADs are like antiobiotics to me. Most people, once they begin to feel better give up the treatment/meds. Then they run into problems. The best person for this is your doc.
In terms of patient rights, there are many online resources that will give you information on side effects. However, most side effects listed are specific to people.
For example, some people here mix drugs or alcohol with their meds. Their side effects are going to be different as is their success. I'm very cautious of where I go for medication information.
Don't forget your pharamacist. They study for years on this subject.
Thanks again!
also i dont know what its like over there but i know for a fact that in aus the doctors get a commision on the AD's, i know that sounds a bit sinister, i guess it is really. but good luck
