I've noticed that whenever I am having severe depressive episodes (as I am now), I feel totally lost. I don't know what I like to do, what to talk or even think about, or how I can begin to make myself feel better. I'm 23 and I don't even know who I am, though I have an idea of what I want to be. How can I find myself? Right now, I'm just drifting through life, totally devoid of direction or meaning. Does anyone have any suggstions? Please......
