I\'ve major depression and I\'ve a five and seven year old. My oldest one also has a seizure disorder, mood disorder, and depression. Both of them were also sexually abused. How can I help my kids through their problems? Sometimes I think about giving my parents guardianship because they don\'t have depression themselves and can help them more than I can. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can help my children get better while getting myself better.
