i am okay today. the winter weather got me down a little down yesterday. i did school work today. it was good. i finished a paper i needed to get done. i felt really good after it.

If you read my topic, you'd see that I'm having a hard time with "feelings". Up and down, and then up again. Now I'm just waiting to go back down again.
