I just got back from my docs (yeah to me for going BTW) and he took my blood pressure. It is 150/100....I have never had high BP in my life - it's always been below 120/80. Even the doc double checked it and tried both arms. I have been getting alot of headaches and dizzy spells, which he thinks can be caused by this. Anyway, my question is can the amount of alcohol that I've been drinking lately spike it? I've been really cutting back since the beginning of January, but maybe the damage is already done. He said it could just be anxiety because I was out of the house - but that has never affected my BP before. Thanks in advance for your help.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
