im feeling rly low, just want to end it all, had to see my psyhiatrist today, what a waste of time! she decided that it would be good to change my medication - currently 150mg of sertraline to Mirtazapine, i got to reduce sertraline first over 10 days then take mirtazapine, im so worried that im going drop massively between the change, and plus im worried about the side effects of new one - which are weight gain/ increases appetite, and includes sedictivies to help with sleep, any advice would be greatly appreciated?....
