I have to quit smoking to have surgery on my neck in a week and a half, I have smoked for 32 years and unfortunately I enjoy it but,I full well know how bad it is, I'm having such a hard time and it's causing my depression to skyrocket! The timing is terrible with my Dad in the hospital and all, any help is greatly appreciated.
