I'm just not feeling well today. I'm not sure what's wrong, I just don't feel well. I've been trying to turn around all of my negative thoughts, but it's not working. Past events keep replaying in my head and those thoughts make me sad. Then, I start crying. I've tried going for a run. I also tried taking my dog for a walk. Then I did some yoga. I also drank some water. I'm now curled up on my couch. Nothing seems to be working today.
So here's my question: what cheers you guys up when nothing else seems to work?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
But if I am still capable of turning it around, a soaky bath or a long shower helps a lot. My shoulders and lower back tend to get tense, so the warm water works wonders.
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!!!
My dad once said ice cream is the best antidepressant there is. He may be right!
