Hi everyone. I've been having more trouble than usual lately dealing with my feelings of anxiety and being depressed. I've also started a new job recently which has only made my insomnia worse. I only sleep an average of 2-3 hours a night and then work all day. I have already used up my sick time at work, and am at a loss as to what to do next. My lack of sleeping has just made the anxieties and stresses of a new fulltime job that much harder. No sleep aids, prescription or OTCs, seem to work for any length of time. Any suggestions?
