Goddam seroquel! I got put back on it by the pdoc to help with the agitation and mood swings and he put me on a dose way higher than what I was originally on. 50mg morning, 50mg afternoon and 100mg nights.
I read a post that really riled me up and now my heart is going 10 to the dozen and I can't seem to bring myself back down to a level plain. Tried breathing, tried soothing music, tried doing something that I enjoy and still no joy.
Any suggestions would be welcome cos this is not a nice feeling that I'm experiencing.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I can't remember the conversion, normal resting hear rate for me is 52-54bpm
Doesn't help that I feel groggy as well :(
My previous dose was initially 50mg nights only then after 2mths it was increased to 100mg nights only. I've never had to take it during the day before
PS: Seroquel is the only med I'm currently taking
