Morning all. In a situation here and need help or advice. I stopped taking my Celexa about 7-8 days ago because I could not function with it and it made my anger/lashing out worse. At one point earlier this week I was having a really bad episode and my husband gave me a Zanex (don't know how to spell it) and it helped to an extent, better than the Celexa has. I know that Zanex is a quick time fix medicine and only taken when an episode occurs but I thought maybe I could take it as needed and take whatever he perscribes for me today as preventative. I want to tell the dr that these helped somewhat but I don't want to tell him that I have been taking someone elses medicine. Any suggestions on how to word this to him to let him know that the Zanex helped a little without letting him know that I took some of my husband's medicine.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
