Ok I was put on lexapro/Escitalopram about a month ago. the doc put me on 10mg, but the first 2 days I was practically comatose, I couldn't get out of bed, my head felt like it was going to explode...I actually thought I was dying. So the doc put me down to 5mg, and I've been on that for a month, and its been good-a little bit of nausea, but not much else. He's now put me back up to 10mg-as he thinks that dose will give me the full effect that I need, but I've been on it for 2 days and I feel so wierd. I feel shakey, twitchy, nauseous, a bit dizzy and cold. I just don't feel right, just typing is taking so much concentration.....
I really don't want to take another 10mg pill-I can't ring my doc as its the weekend, and I HAVE to go to work tommorrow-but how can I when I'm in this state??? I think it would even be dangerous for me to drive like this....please help, don't know what to do....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You definitely shouldn't drive, though. Do you have another way to get to work, or are you able to take a couple days off?
Instead of the huge waves up and down.. I feel leveled out. I hope this helps you.
