I am brand new to this site and don't know how to use such things yet. All I know is that I will feel better if I can "talk" with other people who share my illness. I am currently depressed and anxious. But I feel better knowing that I am not alone in it, that others suffer, endure, and prevail. That affirms for me that I can do the same. If anyone hears me out there please let me know how to get going and "meet" people. Thanks,jreb

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
