I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Allow annoying beeping to disperse dreams
Wonder location and what's happening
Slowly open eyes and blink
Make aware of surroundings
Follow with groaning session and state of denial
Roll over and tap snooze button
Mumble cuss words at clock and fall back asleep
Repeat from beginning
Repeat from beginning
Allow annoying banging on door to disperse dreams
Keep eyes closed and pretend still sleeping
May feel pulling sensation at feet
Commence groaning session again
Hold pillow tightly as being dragged
As it will prevent brain damage when head hits floor
Once safely on the ground
Proceed with pummeling brother with pillow
This exercise should complete waking-up process
If not, prepare for mother-yelling stage
As will be better explained in the next section

It's helpful to have some fears on the go so that if you don't haul it out of the sac that there will be some consequences. Fear can be a great motivator.
Recently I have been making more appointments, thankfully I am with an agency that sends out volunteers to pick me up, otherwise left to my own devices I'd never go out except with my husband.
Now I've hurt my back and this next week I have to get myself to the chiropractor twice by myself, I've challenged myself. (My hubby's taken me twice so far)
I start with baby steps and play let's make a deal. You can go back to bed after you've brushed your teeth and combed your hair. or After you've done the dishes, or after you've scooped the litter box. I had to take baby steps and some days I couldn't do it. My husband is part time and is home half the time. I asked him for help and he does help me get into the shower, reminds me of things, and now is helping me cook again. 'We did not eat frozen food tonight. I bought some prepared salads and broiled some fish with his help, and DS here, I am doing it. People write to me, encourage me to do things by messaging. It all is working. The volunteer is taking me to the therapist next week. I can only get a certain amount of rides per month. I try to use them wisely. I try to keep up with my journal and try to read what others are going through. Recently I've been exploring the boards which initially I was terrified of and that's been good for me.
So getting out of bed, and staying out of it for the entire day is a real coup for me and I have managed to do that several times last month. It';s getting better.
