At my wedding reception, my sister in-law was really drunk and started given her to greece lightning and kick her shoe off. It hit the DJ in the head. We'll never let her live it down. Oh and my cousin, who was also drunk and who one my brides maids got up to make a toaste and fell down and hit her head. Um...come.. to think of it, all our funny family stories always seem to be revolved in alcohol.lol

when i was little - me n my mum went sledging on xmas day. normally she used 2 go 1st 2 make sure the spot we'd picked 2 sledge was ok, but this time she 4got n she put me on the sledge, gave it a massive push n i sailed down this hill.............right into a TREE ! i was crying my eyes out, but because i was at the bottom of the hill n she was at the top, she thought i was laughing. so she started laughing too cuz it must have looked rly funny ! so i started crying harder cuz i thought she was laughin at me, n all these people walking along the path could see me crying n then when they reached the top of the hill they could see my mum laughing ! she was wondering why they were all giving her dirty looks ! :) xxx

One Christmas,someone bought my son a sidewinder(skateboart type thing)I got drunk and thought Id try it out in the living room,lost control and crashed into the christmas tree,falling and taking it with me.

My grandparents are Cuban and at the time did not speak very good English. My grandfather was in the hospital to have gaulstones removed.

The next day the on-duty nurse came into the room with one of those little platic pills cups. I was sitting there with my grandmother.

The nurse turned to open the blinds and noticed that the little plastic cup that she had brought in was empty. In a panicked voice, she said to my grandafather, "what happen to the contents of this cup?" He did not understand.

I asked him in Spanish. He explained to me that he took the pills as usual, which I translated to the nurse. She said to me, "those weren't pills, I came to show you his gaulstones!"

I bursted out laughing and explained what happened to my grandparents. Being naive too, my grandmother bagan balling believing that my grandfather had to have the surgery again!!

It took a long time to get it all straightened out. But we still talk about it to this day!
