So I currently have a palm treo from sprint its an okay phone but a little bulky so I said to myself... Self buy a new phone.... so I did.... I have a blackberry pearl nice sleek phone.... So I call sprint and I ask to have it activated.. Sounds easy enough Right? Yha two months later and still no activated phone. Now Im a pretty even tempered person and since I have done customer service and know what its like to be yelled at I tend to be very courteous and polite but now im pretty peeved at this. I am not the type that can handle conflict but Im paying them so it should be getting done. Im debating talking to a manager about this but im nervous even on the phone for some reason. Does everyone agree I should go ahead and call a manager and am i rude and angry. Suggestions?
