Do you find it hard when friends seem to give up on you just because you are taking to long to get better ? How do you cope with this ? why do they say they are your friend but only come around when they want something, or they don't talk yo you anymore ? why is it so ?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Hope that helps...there really is nothing we can do. it is not just friends it is family, mom and dads, bros and sis's too.

Sometimes I think I need to make new friends, the kind that don't party as much and are calm and collected. That couldn't hurt.
