I just had a quick question...
I have been trying to tell my friends how I am feeling but I can't seem to tell them, I have had ample opportunities but I just can't seem to do it. I want to tell them I am cutting & that I need them so I can stop this...I want to tell 3 of them that know me the best and lived with me for a year at school so they know that I sometimes go thru these cycles, but I never have I cut...so I guess I am asking for a little help in how do I tell them?? Thanks for taking the time to help me!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That is very true about friends. When we come out with our true selves, we find out who are true friends are.
But just know, you don't have to lose your friends, or tell them if you don't want to....you can have discussions about other people you know or just the topic itself, to see how they respond to it, and whether or not they would be supportive.
