
Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Positive mental attitude, it is hard to believe but it does help eventually. The only downside is it is hard to talk yourself out of the cloud that forms sometimes.

Exercise
Make lists of things you want to accomplish
Focus on what success/happiness looks like to you
Basically, do all of the things I'm NOT doing, but I keep preaching to everyone else to do.
