I am feeling really down today, for no particular reason. I went to work today, but only lasted an hour. I had to come home because I was in a crying mood. I hate when I cry for no reason & can't make it stop. Thank God I have an understanding boss. I haven't drank in a really long time, but today I am fighting the urge to just get drunk. I hate to complain about nothing, when I read the real problems that some people have. I know it's just the depression that has a hold on me today. I just don't know what to do to make myself feel better.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
