Hi all. I'm feeling less depressed! At least I think I am. I seem to be happier and things don't bug me as much as they used to--and I don't seem to have as much anxiety over things. Don't get me wrong, I still have my bad moments and my anger spurts, I'm hoping to up the dosage in the next couple of weeks--but I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
