I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Feel better soon.

A kilted Scotsman was walking down a country lane after having a great deal of whiskey at a local pub. Je got very sleepy and sat down against a tree for a nap.
Two tourist women happened by, and said " I've always wondered what they wore under the kilt." One boldly walked over and lifted the kilt, to discover he wore nothing at all.
"Well, mystery solved. We should thank him for sharing."
She took off her pretty blue hair ribbon and gently tied it around his endowment.
A while later, the Scotsman was awakened by the call of nature. As he lifted his kilt and was bewildered by the neatly tied ribbon.
He stared for a moment, then said "I don't know where you've been, laddie, but it's nice to see you won first prize."
