Hi everyone,
I feel like a loser asking for help especially as i have already done so once today but i am really low and alone and could do with talking to someone. i miss my counsellor who's on holiday and am struggling to contain all my feelings into one hour a week session. i dont think thats enough right now and i wish there was someplace i could go to recover for a while but there isnt anywhere. sorry if im annoying people or whatever i just feel so alone. freedom x

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
what's up?? talk to us....you are not alone
As a mother myself, I know I get really frustrated when my girl is sick or down and things don't work when I try to help, from a mother's perspective we're supposed to look after our child no matter what and mom's are supposed to know everything (an age old society thing).
Can you talk to your mom and tell her that what she is doing is actually making you feel worse? If her giving you a hug makes you feel better then ask her to do that. The more the 2 of you can communicate the better the understanding might be between you.
And in here at DS....you're never alone xxx
