I just saw this article on depression and how they are finally proving what has always been assumed. Exercise can help with depression by stimulating brain activity in the hippocampus region of the brain. New cutting edge theories also point to that region of the brain in helping with PTSD and Anxiety through meditation. What do you all think? Let me know if their is a problem with the link...
