I am so proud of my self . Tonight I started a class at our local gym called 'Boot Camp' . We ran almost 2 miles then when we got back to the gym we did exercises such as jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups etc. This went on for an hr. I felt so good that I did this. My point is that you can do any thing you put your mind to you just have to push your self. I work out on a regular basis and it is amazing how much stress it releases. Even if you get out and take a short walk you will feel so much better and you will feel good about your self. As the saying goes "Just Do IT" . Push your self and beat this depression you can do it.
