why is it that we have those times when nothing has happened, so it's not like anything in perticular is wrong. but at the same time, we feel like Everything in the world is wrong. what is that about? or am the only one that happens to?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
But other times... don't know, just figure it's my brain chemistry out of whack. Then again, I have schizo-affective disorder ... which is a bit like having schizophrenia and bipolar at once!
Nothing happening is not wrong or sinister...it's just lack of action. People get locked into a certain perspective that's all.
