Is there anything more depressing than being scared of your own body?

How about fear of what is in it. I am terrified of blood, but only when it comes from me. That is one nasty fear to have since I have a bleeding disorder.

Oh hun, you and me both know how awful emetophobia is...when I'm fine, I think I'm just being a bit over dramatic and that its not that bad, but the minute I feel ill, the fear in my mind is insane. It's like I'll actually do anything-and I mean anything to not be ill. How often am I ill???? Very very rarely, yet I have spent most of my life dreading it. Its crazy.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
