They are suggesting ECT again for my husband who suffers from major depression. He has had 4 suicide attempts since last August. He has had two sessions (5 each) of ECT treatments...One session in Oct. and one in January. They want him to go through another series now. The ECT effects only lasted for about two weeks and he has still not regained his short term memory. I am afraid that more ECT will make his memory even worse than it is and question whether it will benefit him at all to go through all that. I'd like opinions and most of all feedback from anyone who has experienced this. Thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
