I woke up at 4 am this morning with terrible anxiety. I started cymbalta and got up to a theraputic dose.
Unfortuantely it is doing to me what prozac did, I see patterns, and feel as if I am having a flash back of trips I used to take in my stupid teenage years.
I was too scared to get out of my bed and log on for help.
I was to scared to move, but I remembered things people had said helping others through, and thought about my funny friends, and eventually after 45 minutes, I fell back asleep.
I posted a whole topic in my mind, imagined the responses...and finally settled down.
Thanks you all! :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
go girl!
please take care & be safe
*hugs*
Have a wonderful day!
You DS imaginings are much like my book imaginings. I read in bed and then I dream the following chapters. When I go back to the book, it takes a moment to sort out what I read and what I had only imagined.
I hope I had good things to say to help you while you went through the topic in your mind.
