Amazingly enough, I have only been able to find one person on here (thus far) who is dealing or dealt with drug use, along with their depression. I've seen the two go hand in hand in so many people around me, and was surprised to barely see it discussed on here. Am I totally in the wrong community or are there some of you out there who would be willing to talk?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Many people have told me just to get drunk regularly to deal with pain. That's all I need.
Drug/alcohol use is a really tough thing to stay away from on your own after you've had issues with it in the past, especially when you're in a situation where anything would be easy to get. Just looking for someone to talk to who could at least vaguely relate.

Drug use and depression?
They're like pea's and carrots to me.
