I have no idea about dreams. this one is troubling. maybe you can google dreams and find a website that interprets dreams,ect.

Have heard that the meaning of you'r dreams is actually the opposit of the hream so maybe your family will be there for you if anythimng happens to you, trust them families can surprise you when you least expect it. XXX bosies

it's hard to interpret dreams...maybe you are feeling not particularly trusting of your family, no matter how much they are there for you, maybe something inside yourself won't let you accept that they are there for you....sounds like a trust issue maybe?

This is what I think it might mean:

Your mother and sister don't realize the extent of your depression. They might even be discounting it, thinking it will go away if they leave you alone. Right now you are feeling alienated and really hurting. You might be feeling overwhelmed because you are dealing with several issues at once. Even though you want help, one part of you thinks that if you get cured it might distance from your loved ones even more. Your sister is also going through a bad time and you are discounting her feelings as not at bad as your own.

I think your dreams might be telling you to open up to your family about how you are feeling and be there for your sister.
