Why is it that we often only miss something when it is gone? We most certainly, I think you agree, don't often realise quite what we have got until it is too late.
We find little holes in things or in people. We have a bit of a moan. That's human nature.
We have all seen how Doug is trying to improve this site and it's many groups.
A lot of us have felt discontentment regarding the new button. Have asked for an ignore button and contributed to the new ideas thread regarding hugs.
We have been through the ups and downs of people we care for who have left or who are considering leaving.
We debate why we think DS has gone a bit 'downhill'
We all have the choice, it's no good complaining if we don't all pull together somehow and make this a better place for everyone, as was Dougs' intention.
I for one an gatefull that Doug doesn't want to stand still but improve upon what he has helped provide for us.
I would just like to say THANK YOU DOUG I would miss DS if it were gone. I don't want to leave it until too late, do any of you? my friends. xx

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Doug and DS have given us a tool for support for ourselves and others.
It is up to US to use that tool appropriately.
We all have a voice, we are all of equal importance. Let's get on with getting well, not making hell.
