Ok I have just come back from my millionth doc appoint...now that I'm on new meds he wants to see me every 2 weeks "to see how I am"...now this is nice and all, especially as I LOVE my doc and it is NHS, but I go in, say "I'm good, feeling a bit better" and then he says "great, see you in 2 weeks"...???!!!
Now, is this normal???? I'm not really sure what the point of all these appoints is!!!
Plus they're always so bloody early in the morning and its soooo cold, and now I'm soooo sleepy....yawn *pulls duvet back over head*

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
my ex therapist didnt even ask me how i was, she would always just use the time to tell me what she was doing, how her family was and what she had for dinner the night before. YAWN!!!!
