Again I am up all hours of the night when I planned on getting up with my husband and going to the gym when he leaves for work. If I don't leave when he does, I won't be able to pry myself off the bed or couch! It seems like I'm always doing the opposite of what I should, sabotaging my goals. I'm glad I joined this community tonight, but I have yet another excuse why I won't be getting up until noon.
