I tell myself this often. I wake up at times and it is worse. but, one thing remains the same. I keep fighting to get to a better tomorrow. Doing better can be many things. Making it to the next day feeling horrible is a task in it self. To me that is doing better.

Yes. I just pick one extra thing to do. Work that little bit harder. Wash a few dishes. Anything. No matter how small and I make it my life's goal for that day. If I do it I pat myself on the back and tell myself how proud I am. If I can't I reset it again for tomorrow and I don't beat myself up.

How do you not beat yourself up. Everyday I deal with failure and it gets to me. I feel like I will never have success.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
