Why on earth would a person choose this, then turn around and loathe their predicament. Did you choose to be bipolar, have cancer? If we put our mind and soul to it can we try something different and choose not to have these illnesses?

WHOOPIE!!!, and more power to them.
But when ignorant people come on here and try to tell us who are NOT like that, who are CLINICALLY depressed, (and by the way, IRRITABLE, and more subject to talking and acting violently [this is not a threat; a fact]) they will, I guess, have to learn the hard way - by being ignored, or eaten alive.
I suggest ignoring their ignorance.
