Do you believe that you have the following rights?
* To feel respected as a person,
* To get your physical and emotional needs met,
* To be appreciated and not taken for granted,
*To communicate effectively with your partner/freinds/other
* To have your privacy respected,
* To not constantly fight for control,
* To feel good about yourself and your relationships
* To trust validate, and support each other,
* To grow within and outside of your relationships,
* To have your own opinions and thoughts,
* to either stay in or leave the relationship,
As you may know, rights are neither respected nor acknowledged unless someone stands up for them. So ask yourself, are you ready to stand up for your rights?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You have the right to remain silent....
As a Aspie, I say things that maybe hurtfull without even knowing it. And I tend not to get some statements unless they are clear. With someone like me patience and a chance to explain or make things right is important part of my relationships. I am sure it is apart of others.
With that.
Bump!
Whenever those rights are adopted and then violated by someone they lead to anger.
Overall, I think it is a good foundation for any relationship and in most contexts.
