I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Star9 - sounds interesting, do tell more.
as for mine, i think 'god' is simply an abstract concept to explain what we can not. human minds are programmed through evolution to make sense of their environment as this is a survival advantage. whatever we can't make sense of, we put an abstract bandage over, 'god'. naturally, those that understand more, have a narrower definition/role for god and those that understand less or have less education use 'god' to explain more. there is also the brainwashing into a religion factor, usually done from childhood.
my personal conclusion is that the only place where the 'god' bandage is required is our 'experience' of our self-awareness, or 'experience' of consciousness. being careful to point out that i don't actually mean consciousness or self-awareness, those make sense, just our 'experience' of it. noone has ever been able to formulate even a wild theory to explain that in all the time human mind has been studied! putting the 'god' label anywhere else is just ignorance, lack of education or brainwashing in my opinion.
cheers to all
