Do most of you find this site supportive, or do we sometimes just feed into each others depression. By this I mean that sometimes just focusing on all that is bad in our life; ( and I know life can really suck) And note: I don't mean those that are on the verge of suicide. ( that is an ermergancy situation). But just focusing on the negetive. Yes we vent, express, and voice our beliefs here. I don't mean anyone specific either. Just in General. In all areas in life. I know that there are many dynamics to mentel health. Sometimes it as though it's the blind leading the blind. Some of you have been here alot longer then I have. Do you feel better after. Or do you feel no futher ahead. I know, alot of questions. Your thoughts?
